1、經(jīng)常檢查單梁起重機電動機外殼以及軸承部位的溫度、電動機的噪音、振動有無異常現(xiàn)象。

3、在單梁起重機使用不是很頻繁且又密封狀況和使用環(huán)境良好的情況下，單梁起重機減速箱內(nèi)的潤滑油每半年需要更換一次，單梁起重機在使用環(huán)境惡劣的情況下，每個季度需要更換一次。

5、單梁起重機卷揚機組的維護和保養(yǎng)技巧：經(jīng)常觀察減速箱油窗，檢查潤滑油的油面是否在規(guī)定范圍之內(nèi)，如果低于規(guī)定的油位的時候，必須及時補充潤滑油。
