1、經(jīng)常檢查單梁起重機(jī)電動機(jī)外殼以及軸承部位的溫度、電動機(jī)的噪音、振動有無異常現(xiàn)象。

2、單梁起重機(jī)在頻繁啟動情況下，由于轉(zhuǎn)速低引起通風(fēng)冷卻能力的降低，而且電流較大，電機(jī)溫升會很快的提高，應(yīng)當(dāng)要注意電機(jī)溫升不能超過其說明書上規(guī)定的上限值，按照電動機(jī)使用說明書的要求調(diào)整制動器。

2. In the case of frequent start of single-girder crane, the cooling capacity of the ventilation is reduced due to the low speed, and the current is large, the temperature rise of the motor will increase rapidly. 3、在單梁起重機(jī)使用不是很頻繁且又密封狀況和使用環(huán)境良好的情況下，單梁起重機(jī)減速箱內(nèi)的潤滑油每半年需要更換一次，單梁起重機(jī)在使用環(huán)境惡劣的情況下，每個季度需要更換一次。

3. In the case that the single-girder crane is not used very frequently and the sealing condition and the use environment are good, the lubricating oil in the single-girder crane reduction gear needs to be replaced once every six months, and the single-girder crane is used in the harsh environment. 發(fā)現(xiàn)箱內(nèi)進(jìn)水或是油面始終有泡沫并且確定油已經(jīng)變質(zhì)的時候，必須立即換油，換油時應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照減速箱使用說明書規(guī)定的油品進(jìn)行更換，一定要避免油品混合使用。

If you find that there is water in the tank or there is foam on the oil surface and you have determined that the oil has deteriorated, you must change the oil immediately. 4、減速機(jī)的日常維護(hù)可以參考單梁起重機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家的使用說明書來進(jìn)行維護(hù)，并且要經(jīng)常檢查減速機(jī)的地腳螺栓，連接不可松動。

4. The daily maintenance of the reducer can be carried out with reference to the instruction manual of the single beam crane manufacturer, and the anchor bolts of the reducer should be checked frequently, and the connection should not be loose.

5、單梁起重機(jī)卷揚機(jī)組的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)技巧：經(jīng)常觀察減速箱油窗，檢查潤滑油的油面是否在規(guī)定范圍之內(nèi)，如果低于規(guī)定的油位的時候，必須及時補(bǔ)充潤滑油。

6、單梁起重機(jī)卷筒兩端軸承座內(nèi)需每兩天加注一次潤滑脂，卷筒的表面以及鋼絲繩要根據(jù)情況來涂抹潤滑脂。

定、動滑輪組的滾動軸承內(nèi)需每個月補(bǔ)充一次潤滑脂。
